If The Beatles and Cheap Trick had a baby, it would be Enuff Z'Nuff. Great melodies; Metal Power Pop at
its finest.

More mature, but the same great hooks and melodies. The best American band outside of Cheap Trick.
Definitely THE best band doing Metal Blues today.

Their last album for a major label. With Grunge and Alternative vying for the public's attention, groups like
Enufff Z'Nuff were lost in the battle. Sad, considering the talent these guys have.

album since their debut.

The proverbial live album. In the 70s EVERY band released a live album that was an instant hit. Not so in the
90s. Still, it is fun to listen to and it does give you an idea of what Enuff Z'Nuff is like in concert.

You'd think that having one of your heroes (Rick Nielsen of Cheap Trick) guest on your record would inspire
you to great things. Sadly, this is not the case here. It feels like they are humbling themselves in the
presence of their mentor, and that leaves this record kind of flat. Enuff Z'Nuff is the best at Metal Blues, and
they should've done that with their CT cover, 'Everything Works'. Instead, they did a very faithful rendition of
it. Now, if it was CT doing the cover, they would've made it their own. EZN dropped the ball on this one.

Their tenth release brings Enuff Z'nuff back to the beginning, in the sense of great Power Pop songs with
an edge. No prancing, no posing . . . just great songs with a rock solid approach. Great album!

Nobody does adolescent rock better than Enuff Z'Nuff! Y'know, these guys are in their 40's (at least) and
they continue to throw in a song here and there about partying, sex, and high school. Sophomoric? Yes.
Cheesy? Yes. Love it? YES!!

Despite the Riddler album cover, this isn't a bad album. Then again, Enuff Z'Nuff don't really put out bad
albums. Many of them are similar, and they don't really stretch themselves all that much, but they do push
themselves a little bit with this album, which is refreshing. Sadly, this is the last album drummer Ricky

is on, losing a battle to cancer in 2007.
